Step in: Anti-harassment and bystander training
Everyone has a role to play in making Barnet safer for women and girls
Our free, expert-led training helps you learn how to defuse situations, support victims, and safely challenge harmful behaviour when you see it.
In partnership with the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, we’re delivering the internationally recognised “Stand Up Against Street Harassment” programme in Barnet. Sponsored by L’Oréal Paris, this 30-minute online course gives you the tools and confidence to step in on public transport, in schools, at festivals, in the workplace, or on the street.
The training is completely free and part of a global initiative that has reached over 3.8 million people across 40 countries.
Why you should take Bystander Training
- 97% of women and 86% of men have experienced harassment in their lifetimes
