Changes to Parking Permit System
At the start of November Barnet will be moving to a new system to manage parking permits - MiPermit from Chipside.
We will contact existing customers directly to provide further information ahead of the change and continue to provide additional information on this web site.

About the 'NSL Apply' parking permit system
The NSL Apply parking permit system is account based which means you can apply and manage all parking permits in one account.
The system is provided by our Parking Enforcement Contractor NSL Ltd.
How to access your account
New accounts
If you would like to apply for parking permits you need to create an account.
When creating your account, we recommend that you use your current email address as your username. You will also need to create a password. The system will use your email address to send you important messages, confirmations and password reset requests. So it is important that the details are checked before adding. Once an account has been created you will be able to access and manage your account.
Complete your parking system account registration
Existing accounts
If you had an active parking permit in the previous permit system then your parking permit information (i.e. permit reference number, vehicle registration mark, name, contact details and address) would have been migrated over when the NSL Apply parking permit system was implemented in September 2019. Your email address at the time would have been used to create the username for the permit account. At the point of implementation you should have received a confirmation email to enable you to create a password so that you could access the permit account. If you have since changed your email address then please update this information in your permit account to ensure that you receive all of the important information.

The NSL Apply parking permit system works most efficiently with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Please ensure your browser is up to date.
Forgot password
You will be able to reset your password at any time using a ‘forgot password’ link at the NSL Apply home page
Cannot find my emails
Emails from NSL Apply should appear in your inbox and are sent from Barnet.Permits@nsl.co.uk.
If you have not received an email please check your spam or junk email folders before contacting us.
