Fair Play Barnet is the first-of-its-kind playground with maximum accessibility and inclusivity. It is designed so people of all ages and abilities can play together. The equipment in the playground is extensive and includes a wheelchair seesaw, a wheelchair swing, a ramped multi-play unit, a netted swing, a raised roundabout, a 360-degree swing, a climbing net and musical instruments.

Burnt Oak Leisure Centre has been designated as a Warm Space from the 18th of November 2024, where local residents can enjoy a warm welcome, comfortable seating, the opportunity to charge a phone or device, use the free Wi-Fi, and enjoy free tea, coffee and biscuits.
