Bonfires

If you are considering having a bonfire Garden bonfires should be avoided if at all possible. Barnet is one of the most populated London Borough and it is unlikely that you will be able to have a domestic bonfire without disturbing a neighbour. Stray dogs

Our stray dog service is currently actioned by the London Borough of Waltham Forest. When a lost or stray dog is picked up by the dog warden, all reasonable steps are taken to contact the dog owner. If the owner cannot be found, the dog is kept for 7 days. After 7 days, the dog is transferred to a suitable rehoming centre or humanely euthanised.

Quite often planning conditions can be introduced to reduce the impact of new developments on the surrounding environment. We advise on some of the planning conditions required.
