A Blue Badge may be issued to organisations that care for and transport disabled people who meet the eligibility criteria for a Blue Badge. About supported lodgings

There are a variety of accommodation options available for a young person leaving care. Some may return home or live with friends or on their own, while others move to supported accommodation. Supported Lodgings Hosts are approved individuals/families who provide a stepping stone for young people who are 16+ and have been in the care of the local authority. It allows young people to continue to develop their independence skills in a supportive, family environment.
