Taekwondo demonstration at Finchley Church End library

During this session, children will have the chance to see a demonstration of some higher grades patterns, drills, pad work and non-contact continuous sparring. Participants will also have the chance to learn and try some basic techniques on pads and some iconic signature techniques of Taekwondo. Suitable for children 10+. No booking is required. Places will be allocated on first come, first served basis.
