Black History Walks in London Volume One. This unique book examines the streets of London from an African/Caribbean perspective and tells stories that the typical history books and tour guides never cover.

An interactive workshop featuring traditional African drumming and dancing. Children and young people will learn traditional African drumming and dancing techniques and perform what they have learned.  Suitable for children aged 6 years and over. 

Priscilla Morris talks to Nicole Lampert about Black Butterflies, a moving debut novel that captures life inside the siege of Sarajevo (1992-1996). Local free diver Orinn Checkley will share his experiences in the extreme world of no equipment free diving in the Arctic. Orinn will also explain the breathing techniques used in this unique activity and how they can also be applied to everyday life stresses.
