Join our 1-hour Yoga for Seniors session, tailored for those with reduced mobility. Whether seated in a chair or on the floor, this gentle practice will help enhance your flexibility, balance, and strength. Each pose is seated or supported, ensuring your comfort throughout the session. This is a free first come, first served drop-in event and a part of our Loving Life project.

Ansu offers health and well-being dance sessions for older adults, particularly those at risk of social isolation and those living with dementia and their carers. Sessions are simple to follow and designed to improve flexibility, posture, and balance. Ansu includes seated movements and classical Indian hand gestures, which she learnt as a child. Rhyme Time is a 30 minute facilitated session for parents and carers and their babies and toddlers. The session involves nursery rhymes and songs, books and a story. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  Rhyme Time takes places in term time only.
