The Pigeon and the Peacock is an expressive and interactive play, told through marionette puppetry and live music that focuses on themes such as confidence, empathy and judgement. We meet a pigeon who wants to be a poet but is laughed at by the other birds around him, how will he overcome this and follow his dreams? Age guidance: children aged 5 to 10 and their families.  Places must be booked for all adults and children attending.

At the end of the Comic Art Masterclass, you’ll go away with a comic containing a strip by everyone in the class plus an individual caricature by Kev F. To celebrate South Asian Heritage Month 2024, watch a very special performance by Binal’s Dance Academy alongside the enchanting sounds of Indian classical music by renowned Tabla artist Krishan Mohan.
