Conversation Café is for people whose first language is not English and aims to help them to improve their speaking skills. The sessions cover a variety of subjects and topics to help you gain confidence in speaking English in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment. We are Mental Health Volunteers running drop-in sessions every Wednesday afternoon 2.30pm-4.30pm in the safe space of two local libraries. If you feel lonely, isolated or have issues affecting your mental health, you can talk, we will listen and offer support and information. Come for a chat with us. Suitable for adults.

Parachute into the RAF museum

Learn about the history of parachutes in the RAF, design your own parachute and test it in an aircraft hangar. We will also be on hand to sign children up for the Summer Reading Challenge. Book a FREE museum ticket between midday and 2pm on Saturday 13th July and 'drop-in' and see us!
