Join beekeeper and local resident Lucie Chaumeton for a talk on "Honeybees: the rewards and evolving challenges of suburban beekeeping".
The talk will cover the natural history of the beekeeping colony, outline the beekeeping tasks throughout the year, and touch briefly on the impact of the new threat posed by the Asian hornet.
Lucy will also showcase some of her own honey at the event.
