We REIMAGINE single-use plastic and other discarded materials, in this creative workshop led by local artist Elisa Cantarelli. Join her ‘We Are Plastic’ journey to give a new purpose to waste. Let’s tackle the abuse of single-use plastic and raise awareness together, empowering our communities and strengthening our identity.
‘Dotting’ is the name of her signature technique: a meditative therapeutic process in which the drops fall, creating a three-dimensional surface of dots that involves the viewer both from the point of view of visual and tactile perception.
You can visit the stall at the festival and be inspired to make a difference!
The workshop is part of the 20th London Festival of Architecture (#LFA). Join in and take home your WRP masterpiece!
Everyone is welcome (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult).
There will also be ‘We aRe Plastic’ artworks and artefacts on display and for sale.
