Animals Harmed by Littering

Please provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:1. All data held on animals harmed or killed as a result of littering from 1 January 2019 to the date of this request.For each recorded incident, please include (where available):*The date of the incident.*The location (eg city/town/village name, or road, or woodland), including whether it occurred in a rural, urban, or coastal area.*The species of animal affected.*The type of harm caused (e.g. injury, entanglement, ingestion, death).*The specific item(s) of litter involved (e.g. plastic bags, fishing line, cans, takeaway containers).*Any information on whether the litter was found to be deliberately discarded or accidentally lost.2. Details of any enforcement action taken as a result of littering that led to harm to animals, including:*The number of fines, penalties, or prosecutions issued where animal harm was cited or considered as an aggravating factor.If your organisation does not hold this information but another body does on your behalf, please advise who that is.
