Re: request for information pursuant to the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007 ('Regulations') I am writing to you regarding your role as a Permit Authority for the purposes of the Regulations. I understand that as a part of your role you are required to maintain a register of each works permit which you have granted to statutory works undertakers (as set out in regulation 33 of the Regulations) under any scheme which you run under to s32 of the Traffic Management Act 2004. I understand that you operate a Traffic Management Scheme established under the statutes set out above. I am seeking information (per regulation 34 of the Regulations) relating to the number of road closures occasioned by statutory undertakers within the last 12 months in your ward, and would be grateful if you could please provide me with the information contained in the register: 1.The name of the statutory undertaker obtaining the works permit; 2.The location over which the works permit has been granted; and 3.The duration of the works being undertaken with the permission of the works permit.
