Dear Planning Officer,I am writing to request information regarding the health centre provision at the Colindale Gardens development (formerly Peel Centre, Aerodrome Road), associated with planning permissions H/04753/14 and 16/7836/S73.According to the Section 106 agreement signed between Barnet Council and the developer (Redrow), the developer was required to reserve floorspace for a health centre and offer it to the Council on commercial terms. If no lease was signed within 15 months of practical completion, this obligation would lapse.In this context, I request the following information:1.Has the Council, NHS, or any other party entered into a lease for the Health Centre or Additional Health Centre Floorspace at Colindale Gardens?2.If not, on what date was practical completion of the relevant building or floorspace achieved?3.Has the 15-month period for leasing expired, and has the developer been formally released from their health centre provision obligation under the Section 106 agreement?4.Has the developer submitted any evidence of marketing of the health centre floorspace, as required by the S106 agreement? If so, please provide copies.5.Are there any current plans or alternative proposals to provide GP or primary care facilities in Colindale to meet demand arising from this development?Please treat this request as a formal request for environmental information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. I understand that I am entitled to a response within 20 working days
