Road inspections

Following a fall injury on 4th July I would like to request the dates, during the last 12 months, when the pavements along Belmont Avenue, Cockfosters,, Barnet, EN4 and Evelyn Road, Cockfosters, Barnet, EN4 were inspected for faults (including but not limited to cracks, raised slabs, etc) and what remedial action has been taken during that time period.
