DetailsI do not believe that the consultation was done in an adequate manner.The reply states that 593 letters were sent out to local residences and businesses. I didn't receive a letter and a poll of a large number of households and businesses who are on the route or adjoining the route to the East and West of Regents Park Road indicates that not a single person says that they received a letter nor did anyone see any notification on any lamppost.I have checked the Barnet First Magazine notices per the website and I note that the statutory consultation was from 28 Nov to 19 December during which there were 5 issues of the magazine published on 20 Nov, 28 Nov, 4 Dec, 11 Dec, 18 DecOn only 2 of those dates was the consultation advertised as a link at the foot on 4 December and 11 December. There was no associated prose. Therefore the notice was only put into less than one half of the available issues and no attention was drawn to the item.Action requestedI would like a list of lamposts/roads on which which consultation notice was displayed and the dates of the displayAlso I want a list of the addresses of the residences and businesses that were informed by letter and the date that the letter was sent out and the wording of the letter.I also wish to know what channels the public consultation used - in particular, what date were the meetings and how were these advertised.Also I note that the permit for the works on Regents Park Road itself is not published on the one.network website. I would like to see a copy of the permit that allows the work to be done and to know legally what permissions have been given.
