Environmental Information Regulations request - Charcot Road

I am making this request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.Please provide:1) Confirmation of the adoption status of Charcot Road, NW9, as recorded in the Council's Highways Register.2) A copy of any legal agreements, consents, or arrangements (for example, under the Highways Act 1980 or Town and Country Planning Act 1990) that enable the Council to include Charcot Road in a Traffic Management Order, despite its status as a private/unadopted road.3) Any correspondence or reports that set out the legal basis relied upon by the Council when including Charcot Road in the Barnet (Charged-for Parking Places) (Amendment No.159) Order 2024.If any part of the information is withheld, please specify the exact EIR exception relied upon and explain the public interest test assessment.
