Evidence of Local Housing ShortagePlease confirm whether the council holds any recorded, independent evidence-based studies, excluding national statistics, local population figures, or general demographic data that demonstrates a locally specific shortage of housing in this authority's area over the last 10 years.If such studies exist, please provide copies in full.If no such locally commissioned or held studies exist, please confirm this explicitly.4.
