Report a problem service commitment

I'd like to make a Freedom of Information request for Barnet Council to report on how the Council has met its targets over the last 5 years at the lowest available geographic level - whether that is postcode, street, ward or borough-wide.For each of the following types of problem reported1.Clean Streets - remove dead animals 2.Clean Streets - litter3.Fly tipping 4.Graffiti - non-offensive 5.Graffiti - offensive6.Park litter bin - overflowing7.Street litter bin - overflowingI'd like to know in each of the last five years:a. the service commitment that yearb. how many incidents reportedc. the target percentage of incidents to be dealt with that met the service commitment timed. the actual percentage of incidents that were dealt with that met the service commitment timePlease give clarity on whether the data you return includes roads where litter and fly-tips are managed by Barnet Homes.
