I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please could you provide the following:The job descriptions and current pay scales for roles involved in:- Management of Land Charges- Management of the Property Database [Request clarified on 29/09/2025 Management of Property DatabaseWith respect to the management of the Property Database, the information I am seeking pertains to the role of the Property Database Custodian (LLPG), who is responsible for the establishment of new records as well as the maintenance and updating of existing address and street data. In addition, I require details regarding the number of officers assigned to this function, together with their respective positions, titles, and pay scales.]- Planning Technical Support, specifically relating to planning validationsPlease also advise:Whether any of the above roles are combined under a single management or operational postIf so, please provide the combined job description and associated pay scaleThe number of staff currently employed under each of the roles listed above, along with their respective pay scales If available, I would also appreciate any relevant organisational structure charts or documents that show how these roles fit within the wider planning or property services team.
