Thank you for your email.I confirm that I am happy for my refined request (set out below) to be logged and processed as a new Freedom of Information request, rather than proceeding to an internal review of the original response at this stage.For clarity, my refined request is as follows (covering data as of the most recent date available, ideally as at 1 September 2025):*The number of residential properties that have been empty for more than 6 months, broken down by postcode sector or ward*The number of those properties that are in council tax arrears, shown in aggregate only*The average arrears amount or arrears banding (e.g. £0-£999, £1,000-£4,999, £5,000+)*The number of properties that have been empty for more than 2 years, again broken down by postcode sector or wardThis revised request is designed to avoid disclosure of personally identifiable information while still serving the public interest in transparency around housing stock and long-term empty homes.Please confirm once this has been logged as a fresh FOI request and provide a reference number.Kind regards,
