I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 from your respective councils regarding garage assets for the financial year 2024-2025.Please provide responses to the following:1. The current weekly garage rent charges for council-owned garages, including any tiered pricing or discount schemes (e.g., for residents, non-residents, pensioners, Job Seekers etc.,).2. The total number of council-owned garages in your borough managed through HRA.3. The number of garages currently let, void, and unlettable due to disrepair and /or sale, and or Regeneration4. The number of applicants currently on the waiting list for a garage.5. Any reports or plans relating to the sale, refurbishment, or demolition of garage assets between 2023 and 2025.
