I understand that in 2019/2020 or thereabouts the London Borough of Barnet considered and took initial steps to prohibit the use of the above-mentioned property as a residential unit.I am unclear what transpired to those steps, nevertheless I am currently assisting Mr. & Mrs. Tseriotis with an application to obtain an established use certificate in respect of that use.I believe that the London Borough of Barnet has crucial evidence that the property was used as a residential flat at that time and previous to the consideration of the enforcement notice. I would be grateful if the Borough of Barnet provides me with copies of all disclosable documents relating to its consideration for seeking an enforcement notice, including reported breaches, investigations and correspondence (subject to redaction of personal data).I believe that the information requested is disclosable under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
