Equality Impact Assessment - Huntingdon Road bike hangar relocation

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request a copy of the Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA) regarding the proposal to relocate the bike hangar on Huntingdon Road to outside number 75 which is directly next to a disabled bay.The reference number for the proposed relocation of the hangar is SCR667-01Specifically, I would like to understand what consideration was given to the impact on disabled residents who use the adjacent disabled parking bay during the planning process.
