Nethercourt Avenue Allotments Classification and Public Access

Specifically, I would like to request the following information:1.The legal classification of the allotment land (e.g. public asset, leasehold, private trust).2.The current, unredacted lease agreement between the London Borough of Barnet and the Finchley Horticultural Society for the Nethercourt Avenue Allotment site.3.Whether the adjacent road running parallel to Nethercourt Avenue (behind the Nethercourt Avenue properties and in front of the allotments) is designated as private property or includes any public right of way. Please see the attached image for reference.4.A copy of the relevant section of the Council's Definitive Map and Statement for Public Rights of Way (PROW) that shows the allotment site and the access road running parallel to Nethercourt Avenue.5.All records of council discussion, complaints, or decisions made regarding public access to this specific road. 6.Any council policies, audits, or assessments regarding public access, community benefit, or exclusivity of allotment sites'particularly relating to the Nethercourt Avenue Allotments.This information is sought to clarify the legal status of public access to the aforementioned access route parallel to Nethercourt Avenue.Please provide this information in electronic format (PDF or scanned documents).
