Dear Sir/Madam,We, the History and Heritage Project of the Tamil Information Centre (TIC) and the Centre for Community Development (CCD), respectfully submit this request for your kind consideration.We are initiating the development of a Tamil Cultural and Heritage Archive Centre and Museum in Barnet, with the primary objective of creating a dedicated space for preserving, celebrating, and promoting Tamil culture and heritage, and reflecting its history and identity. This Centre aims to serve as a hub for cultural, academic, research, and community activities ' helping to preserve Tamil culture and heritage while fostering development by linking the past with the present and future.In this context, and under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we kindly request the following information:1. A list of all council-owned land and properties that are: - (a) currently vacant or unused, and/or - (b) declared surplus to requirements or scheduled for disposal.2. For each property or parcel of land, please provide (where available): - Address or location - Property type (e.g., land, office, community building, industrial, etc.) - Current status (vacant, surplus, scheduled for disposal, etc.) - Whether it is available for sale, lease, or community/community asset transfer useWe would prefer to receive this information in an electronic format (such as Excel, CSV, or PDF).If my request is unclear or too broad, please let me know so I may refine it.We sincerely appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response as soon as possible
