FOI for Case Management/CRM

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the following information regarding your software contracts: 1. The name of the software supplier(s) currently used for: - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Case Management - Leisure Management System 2. The contract start and end dates for each of the above systems. 3. The annual or total contract value (if available). 4. The current contract's renewal or extension date, or when you plan to re-tender. 5. The name and email/contact details of the responsible officer or department for each software area, if available. 6. Please advise whether there are any plans to replace or fully modernise the council's case management and citizen-facing services.
