HPQ Project - Drugs & Violence with School-Aged Children

I am currently working on a HPQ project for my GCSEs about substance abuse and violence in school-aged children. I have CCed my teachers who are overlooking this project. I am emailing you in hopes that you could answer a few questions that I have about these issues, specifically in Barnet. My questions are as follows:1.How many reports a year, on average, are there about drug use in teens and has this increased in the past few years?2.Is violence against teachers and/or other students a prominent issue in schools in barnet, and if so what type of schools is it most common in (e.g. public, private, grammar etc.)?3.Do you believe that pupil referral units are a good/successful solution to solving severely bad behaviour in students (specifically substance abuse and violence)?4.How do authority figures (teachers, parents, police) deal with these issues in teenagers, balancing discipline, and accountability equally? (All of these questions are specifically aimed at the area of Barnet) If you have the time to spare, I would deeply appreciate if you could answer these questions.
