The Council's full suit of tender documentation including all templates and accompanying documents including and not limited to: Procurement Planning document, ITT (upper and lower threshold), document detailing contemporaneous record of tender process, tender evaluation templates, scoring matrix, panel member feedback templates, clarification logs, panel member management process and instructions for evaluation, moderation meeting templates, price and quality scoring matrix, price evaluation template.2. Procurement project management template i.e. category service plan and explanation on how projects are planned/managed by the team.3. The Council's Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management Plan/strategies. 4. The Council's most recent procurement strategy.5. The Council's most recent standing orders relating to all procurement activity.6. Any other documents/information to comprehend how the Council conducts its procurement in line with the Procurement Act 2023
