Please treat this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.I am requesting the following information regarding Thornfield Parade, Holders Hill Road, Mill Hill, NW7 1LN ' specifically the forecourt / lay-by area in front of the shops and Post Office.1.Has the London Borough of Barnet granted planning permission, advertisement consent, or any other formal authorisation for the installation or operation of CCTV or Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras at or near Thornfield Parade, NW7 1LN, for the purpose of parking or traffic enforcement?2.If yes, please provide:oThe planning application reference(s) or decision notice(s);oThe date permission was granted;oThe name of the applicant and operator.3.4.If the Council operates or authorises such cameras itself, please provide details of the type of camera, purpose, and data controller responsible for it.5.If the Council is aware that a private parking company or landowner is operating CCTV/ANPR cameras at that site, please provide:oAny permissions, licences, or consents issued by the Council allowing this activity; andoAny correspondence or records held by the Council about enforcement at that site.6.
