Effectiveness and Revenues from 53J - Pedestrian Zones

Please can you tell me, for the last 5 years, how many new Pedestrian Zones have been implemented around schools, specifically when they have a morning and/or afternoon time restriction around them.Please can you also include, as a total for each year:- the expected improvements in safety including accidents or incidents- the original count of accidents or incidents- the current count of accidents or incidentsImportantly, the revenue collected from 53J - failing to comply with restriction on vehicles - for each year.
