Can you please specify if any claimants are obliged to refund part and or all of the support they are receiving.1…Is the council currently paying housing benefit or 'other financial support' to any claimant who is known to have entered the UK by crossing the channel in a small boat.2…If the answer is yes, can you please provide the following details, can you state how many individual claimants who are receiving housing benefit or 'other financial support' from the council are known to have entered the UK by crossing the channel in a small boat.3…Can you state the highest amount of housing benefit or 'other financial support' currently being paid by the council to a claimant (s) who has entered the UK by crossing the channel in a small boat. Can you please state the highest weekly and or monthly amount being paid. Can you state the number of claimants currently claiming at this level.4…In the case of those claimants receiving the highest amount, can you provide the following details.(i)…How long have they been receiving support from the council. In the case of each of these claimants can you state the total amount received since their claim began. Please include all payments irrespective of the level. In the case of each claimant can you state their country of birth. In the case of each claimant can you state the number and ages of their dependents. (ii)…Are they being accommodated within the council's geographical area. If they are not, can you state the city and or town and or village and or hamlet they are residing in.(iii)…Are they staying in hotel and or bed and breakfast accommodation. Alternatively, are they staying in a house or apartment. Can you specify?(iv)…In the case of any claimant staying in a house, can you please provide the following details. How many storeys does the property have? How many bedrooms does the property have? How many bathrooms does the property have? How many gardens does the property have? Does the property have a garage?
