EHCP Assessment Data

Dear Barnet Council,I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to gather the following data related to Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) assessments for the academic years 2022, 2023 & 2024:1. The total number of EHCP assessment applications received by Barnet Council in each of the academic years 2022, 2023 & 2024.2. The total number of EHCP plans granted per year (2022, 2023 & 2024) - where children are listed as being dyslexic only, - dyslexic plus one other healthcare need (e.g. autism & dyslexic) - Dyslexic with more than one other health need e.g. dyslexic, dyspraxic, autistic etc3. The number of refusals to assess issued for each year where dyslexia was listed/suspected in the request, out of the total EHCP assessment requests submitted, and the reasons given.4. How many of the refusals to assess (where dyslexia was listed for the child) were appealed and what was the outcome of the appeals i.e. how many were reversed vs upheld?If any of the information is not available, or if there are limitations, I would appreciate advice on how to refine my request.
