For each home purchased by the council since 1/1/2020, which was previously sold by the council under Right to Buy, please could you tell me:*Address*RtB sale date*RtB sale price (post-discount)*Date of repurchase*Price of repurchase*Whether the property was purchased by the council from the original RtB purchaser (ie using the council's right of first refusal it holds for 10 years after RtB sale)Beyond this, if you are able to provide information for each property on: pre-discount valuation, how much of the sale price was retained by the council.
