1. How many formal relationships or partnerships have you agreed outside of England (e.g. with cities, regions, states or geographies, as well as universities and international organisations)?Please provide clarity on which type of relationship you have with each e.g. a Memorandum of Understanding, Sister City, Twinning. 2. Please provide the year in which each of these relationships started and - if applicable - the year that they ended. 3. What is the purpose of the relationship - e.g. to boost economic growth, to improve cultural exchange or knowledge exchange or something else entirely. 4. Please provide the formal agreement document or functional equivalent (e.g. the Memorandum of Understanding). And please provide link(s) to any material highlighting the relationship (such as a Committee or Cabinet report or another publication or press release).
