Tree clearance land to the rear of 2-4 Dormer Close, EN5 2QW

. I am requesting information about the ownership, land clearance and development proposal for the woodland behind my property known as 'land to the rear of 2-4 Dormer Close, EN5 2QW', as the attached Land Registry plan. Specifically I would like to know:- who now owns the land - who has authorised the complete clearance of the land in the past few days- any planning permission, habitat and tree surveys to support the removal of mature trees and natural habitat on the land- any development proposals and/or planning applications with timescales- any proposals to purchase adjacent properties in order to improve access to the site.
