Costs paid to Comer Homes Group (Appeal APP/N5090/W/17/3189843 - North London Business Park)Please treat this as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.I refer to the Secretary of State's Costs Decision dated 22 January 2020 in respect of the planning appeal APP/N5090/W/17/3189843 (North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, N11 1GN), in which a full award of costs was made against the London Borough of Barnet and in favour of Comer Homes Group.Accordingly, I request the following information:1.The total amount of costs paid by the Council to Comer Homes Group (or its representatives) in compliance with that award;2.The date(s) on which payment(s) were made;3.Whether the amount was agreed between the parties or taxed by the Senior Courts Costs Office, and the date of any such taxation;4.A copy of any settlement agreement, correspondence, or invoice confirming the amount paid (with any bank details or personal data redacted if necessary);5.The cost centre or budget from which the payment was made.If the costs claim remains outstanding, please confirm:*Whether the Council has received a final claim for assessment; and*The current status of the matter (e.g., under negotiation, subject to taxation, or settled).Please provide the information in electronic form (PDF or CSV).If any part of this request is exempt, please cite the relevant section of the Act and explain the reasons, including the public interest test where applicable.If this request exceeds the statutory cost limit under s.12 FOIA, please advise and assist by suggesting a narrower scope.
