Freedom of Information RequestUnder the Freedom of Information Act/Environmental Information Regulations, I would like to request the following information: This request is regarding residential and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities (LD,) mental health (MH) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). 1. The number of individuals currently funded in each of the categories listed below (or a point-in-time snapshot, if more appropriate).(a) Learning disability(b) Mental health(c) Autism Spectrum disorders 2. Please provide the highest and lowest hourly rate the council pays to providers of residential services for adults with LD, MH and ASD. 3. Please provide the highest and lowest hourly rate the council pays to providers of supported living for adults with LD, MH and ASD. 4. Please provide the average weekly fee the council pays to providers of supported living services for adults with LD, MH and ASD. 5. Please provide the average weekly fee the council pays to providers of residential services for adults with LD, MH and ASD. 6. Of the total number of adults funded by the council in supported living services for adults with LD, MH and ASD, please provide the number that were placed 'in area' and the number that were placed 'out of area'. By 'out of area', I mean people that are funded by the council but placed outside the council boundaries. 7. Please provide the number of (a) New joiners and (b) Leavers of adults (aged 18-64) with a primary support need of LD, ASD or MH needs in long-term supported living settings. Please provide data for the financial year 2022/23, 2023/24 and where possible, projected figures for 2024/25.(Please note, by new joiner we mean an individual who is new to adult social care during the year, or was previously not in a long-term supported living setting. By leaver we mean a person whose case is closed with adult social care, or whose supported living placement has ended and been replaced by a different service (e.g. a residential placement) 8. Please provide total expenditure with each provider related to long-term placements in supported living for adults aged 18-64 with LD, ASD and MH. 9.Pl ease provide the average percentage of agency staff for all services providing supported living for adults with LD, MH and ASD. 10. Please provide the average percentage of agency staff for all services providing residential care for adults with LD, MH and ASD. 11. Could you please provide the contact details, including telephone number, email address and postal address, of the department and individuals responsible for the placement of adults for LD, MD and ASD. 12. Please confirm if the council requires providers to pay staff Real Living Wage 13. Please tell us the average (arithmetic mean as a percentage) annual fee rate uplift (inflationary uplift) you have implemented in 2024/25 for externally provided adult learning disability and autism services (not your in-house services) for each of the service types as follows:a. Residential homes (including profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) services and respite care)b.
