Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information relating to the Council's decision to implement new parking restrictions and residents' permit schemes within Colindale South (CPS), for a 6 month trial period, following an initial consultation which was conducted by Barnet Council.Council Ref: SCR651-CLSSpecifically, I am requesting:1.Evidence that the initial consultation materials and notifications were sent or made available to all households and businesses directly affected by the proposalsoIncluding distribution lists, delivery records, or communication plans used to ensure coverage.2.Consultation Responses and AnalysisoCopies of all consultation reports, survey results, or analysis documents considered by the Council in relation to the proposed parking schemes.oDetails of how public feedback, including petitions or objections from residents, was evaluated as part of the decision-making process.oAny summary or report showing how consultation outcomes were presented to elected members or committees.3.Internal Decision-Making DocumentsoMinutes, notes, or reports from internal meetings, committees, or working groups where these parking schemes were discussed or approved.oAny officer reports or recommendations provided to councillors or senior management relating to the implementation of the scheme.4.Rationale and Policy BasisoDocuments or communications outlining the rationale for proceeding with the scheme despite the results of public consultation or petitions.oAny cost-benefit analyses, impact assessments (including equality impact assessments), or supporting documents used to justify an 18-month trial period with a 6-month consultation phase.5.External Advice or CorrespondenceoCopies of any external advice, consultancy reports, or correspondence with third parties (e.g., transport consultants, contractors, or other local authorities) obtained to inform the design, feasibility, or evaluation of the scheme.6.Evidence that the outcome letter notifying residents of the 6-month trial has been sent to all households impacted Including distribution lists, delivery records, or communication plans used to ensure coverage.Please provide the information in electronic form (PDF, Word, or email attachments) where possible.If any information is withheld, please specify the relevant exemption under the Act and provide any non-exempt material in accordance with Section 16 (the duty to advise and assist).
