(SEN) transport contracts

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding the current School and Special Educational Needs (SEN) transport contracts operated on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet.Please provide the following details for all current school and SEN transport routes or contracts:1. The contract or route reference number.2. The operator name.3. The daily rate paid (£).4. The approximate daily mileage or distance covered.5. The contract start and end dates.6. Whether a Passenger Assistant (PA/Escort) is included.7. The vehicle type (e.g. 4-seater, WAV, 6/8-seater, minibus).8. The pickup and drop-off postcodes or areas.9. The number of passengers on each route.10. The school or destination name.Additionally, please provide details of the council's procurement process for these transport services, including:11. The name of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) or procurement portal used (e.g. Adam RMS, ProContract, Bravo, etc.).12. The evaluation or award criteria used (for example, lowest price only, or a price/quality weighting - please specify the weighting if applicable).13. How contracts are assigned (for example, via mini-competition, direct award, rotation, etc.).14. How often new operators can apply to join the DPS or approved supplier list.15. The name and/or contact details of the department or team responsible for SEN transport procurement.If available, please provide the requested data in CSV or Excel format.
