I wish to put in a Freedom of Information request for the following:1) What quantifiable evidence can Barnet Council point to that indicates that CPZs in the borough improve air quality and what is the specific figure compared to areas that are not in such zones?2) What evidence can Barnet Council point to that CPZs, as opposed to other measures, make it is easier for residents to park near their homes?3) Please provide the documents associated with the progression of CPZ schemes agreed by the Lead Member for Environment and Climate Change on 7th June 2024 - meeting notes or papers.4) In July 2024, officers met with ward members from Underhill to discuss parking concerns in their area, and set out the approach of engagement with residents, businesses, and other stakeholders. Please can notes of this meeting be provided?5) From how many roads in the consultation area did the Council receive feedback that consultation documents were not received? What was the response to each?6) What invalidated the response from St Andrew's United Reform Church?7) What notes are there from the late September 2025 meeting between officers, ward members and the Portfolio Holder for Environment and Climate Change?8) What meetings have taken place between Barnet Council and Barnet Hospital and when is the next discussion about parking solutions taking place?9) What evidence does Barnet Council have that "shorter zones no longer meet the needs of the community"?10) The Council says that "Permit holders will not be permitted to park within a private road, or a car free/restricted development." How specifically is this enforced?11) An Overview & Scrutiny Committee Briefing Note dated 17 October 2023 relates to the Controlled Parking Zone programme. Where is this found on the Barnet Council website and where is the annual update, which according to the briefing note would "be provided to Cabinet in 2025 following the implementation of year one of the programme"?
