I would like to request the following information from Barnet Council:Please can you provide me with the exact date that the land to the east of Christchurch Lane, Hadley Wood, Barnet, EN5 4LB, that is proposed to be sold by way of a Conditional Sale Agreement, which was the subject of a Cabinet Member Delegated Decision Paper, with a Date of Decision of 31/5/2024 was designated or appropriated as amenity land, and the reasons why such a characterisation was considered appropriate.
