I would like to request the following information relating to litter enforcement within London Borough of Barking & Dagenham for the past five (5) full financial years (e.g., 2019/20 to 2023/24, or the most recent equivalent period you hold data for):1.The total number of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued for littering offences.2.The total number of FPNs paid in full.3.The total number of FPNs not paid.4.The number of cases escalated to court / prosecution due to non-payment.5.The total revenue collected from litter-related FPNs.If possible, I would be grateful to receive the information in electronic format Thank you very much for your assistance.
