Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to the management of home-to-school transport, including both SEND and mainstream pupils, within your council:1. Does the council use any software system(s) to manage or monitor compliance and vetting for drivers, passenger assistants, or escorts involved in pupil transport services?2. If so, please provide:a. The name(s) of the software system(s) usedb. The supplier/vendorc. The contract start and end datesd. The contract value or annual cost3. If the council does not use a specific system for this purpose, please confirm how you currently manage the following functions. For example, are these handled via manual records, spreadsheets, or other internal processes:a. DBS and background checks for drivers, passenger assistants, or escortsb. Licence and insurance trackingc. Mandatory training records (e.g., safeguarding, Level 2 escort training, first aid)d. Renewal and expiry monitoring for the above
