I refer to the report titled 'Proposal to Review the Controlled Parking Zone Policy and Associated Policy Principles', published on 30 May 2024, available at: https://barnet.moderngov.co.uk/documents/s83944/Proposal%20to%20Review%20the%20Controlled%20Parking%20Zone%20Policy%20and%20Associated%20Policy%20Principles.pdfAccordingly, I request the following information:1.Documents and Progress on the CPZ Policy Review (Decisions 1 & 2)i)All documents, drafts, reports, briefings, internal notes, presentations or consultancy outputs produced by or for the Director of Street Scene (or his successor, now the Executive Director, Environment - Craig Miller) in connection with the review of the Controlled Parking Zone Policy authorised by the May 2024 decision.ii)Any progress updates, interim findings or completion reports arising from this review.iii)Any correspondence or meeting minutes (including internal emails, Teams notes, agendas or SharePoint records) referring to the progress, scope, or completion of this review.iv)Any report submitted to Cabinet (draft or final) pursuant to paragraph 2 of the decision, or confirmation if no such report has yet been produced.v)If the review remains incomplete, please provide the expected completion date, the officer(s) responsible, and any recorded reasons for delay.2.Decisions Made Under Delegated 'Flexibility' Powers (Decision 3)Please provide all recorded information held by the Council relating to any decisions taken since 30 May 2024 by the Director of Street Scene (or his successor, the Executive Director, Environment - Craig Miller) under paragraph 3 of the above decision.Specifically, please include:*The list and dates of any CPZ schemes approved, implemented or progressed under these delegated powers;*Any decision reports, sign-off forms, or officer briefings recording or justifying such authorisations;*Any meeting minutes, attendance notes or correspondence (including internal emails, Teams messages, or communications with the Cabinet Member for Environment & Climate Change) concerning the exercise of these powers;*Any analysis, rationale, or supporting evidence relied upon to determine that each decision met the criteria of 'urgent/priority need' or 'demonstrable levels of support'; and*Any internal communications, legal advice, or guidance notes discussing how these delegated powers were to be interpreted or applied during the CPZ Policy Review period.Please also include any summary logs or registers of CPZ decisions made under delegated 'flexibility' powers between May 2024 and the present date.Full request attached
