We have read and refer to the application 25/4360/FUL.We have also taken advice, and this application is no different to the previous application and is solely based on the content of email correspondence from the planning officer [Name redacted]. This is not included in the application.We therefore as objectors to this application will need to have sight of this correspondence and all emails which Mr Henry representing the applicants has raised in the new application.We apply under FOI ask for the full disclosure of these relevant emails and will need time to review these documents if this application is to be discussed at committee and expect to receive this in 10 working days.
