I am submitting a Freedom of Information request as part of a housing research project analysing accommodation pressures across London. Please provide the following information for your borough, using the most recent reporting period or current data available.A. Housing Demand & Temporary Accommodation1. The number of households currently placed in temporary accommodation.2. The number of households currently on the housing waiting list.3. The average number of households approaching the council for housing or homelessness support each month.4. Average waiting times for:* 1-bedroom* 2-bedroom* 3-bedroom* 4-bedroom+5. The percentage change in overall housing demand over the past two years.6. Any internal or publicly available housing pressure or demand forecast reports for 2024-2026.B. Long-Term Vacant Properties7. A list of all council-owned residential properties that have been vacant for 6+ months, including:* Property type* Reason for vacancy* Planned use or disposal strategy8. The total number of privately-owned long-term vacant properties (addresses not required), broken down by ward or postcode sector.9. Any available reports relating to empty homes, vacancy reduction, or reuse strategies.C. Supported Accommodation Pressures (C3(b)10. The number of individuals placed in C3(b) supported accommodation within the borough.11. The anticipated number of new supported-living placements required each year over the next 2-3 years.12.
