A list of all landlord incentive schemes currently offered by the council, including:* Guaranteed rent* Cash incentives* Deposit/bond schemes* Property improvement grants* Enhanced rent tiers or banding2. Details of the different offer tiers or categories available to landlords.3. Whether the council offers Full Repairing or Full Repairing & Insuring leases (FRL/FRI). If yes, please provide eligibility criteria or sample agreements (redacted if necessary).4.
