I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information regarding temporary accommodation and social housing provision within your authority.1.Expenditure:Please confirm the total amount spent by the council on temporary accommodation placements within the private rented sector during the most recent full financial year.2.Void Properties (Temporary Accommodation):Please confirm the current number of void (unoccupied) properties that the council has within its temporary accommodation portfolio.3.Subsidy Loss:Please provide the total subsidy loss related to temporary accommodation for the most recent full financial year.4.Families Awaiting Placement:Please state the current number of families awaiting suitable temporary accommodation.5.Empty/Decanted Properties for Regeneration:Please provide the number of council-owned properties currently empty or decanted and awaiting regeneration or redevelopment.
